My name is Lana Newlander and in 2004 I fulfilled a lifelong dream to operate a home-based business when I started Virtual Business Solutions.

I worked in the financial industry for many years as an administrative assistant and commercial loan closer. I later switched over to mortgage lending where I closed residential loans and processed residential mortgage applications. I’ve also spent some time as a real estate assistant in a golf resort.

I am a native Texan and currently live outside of Austin, Texas with my husband of 25 years, two teenage children, three dogs and a cat.
